For an extra health boost, you can add berries as a topping. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredients\">Ingredients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2 tsp of olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup of rolled oats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1sp of pumpkin seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tbsp of hazelnuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 medium egg beaten, with a drop of milk and a pinch of cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tbsp of non-fat plain Greek yogurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp of dried cranberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Makes 1 portion (357 g)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cooking-method\">Cooking Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 150c\/ gas mark 2. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place a baking sheet and grease with oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the nuts, oats, and seeds into a bowl. Add the egg mixture and coat thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread evenly onto the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the cranberries and mix with the mixture on the tray.
