What does PSA stand for and what is it?
PSA stands for Prostate Specific Antigen, a protein that is released from your prostate gland into your blood stream. There is a blood test used to measure the amount of protein that has been released from your prostate gland into your blood stream. This test is used to predict the likely hood of prostate cancer. The lower your PSA score the better. Ideally a score under 4 indicates a health prostate and a low risk of prostate cancer. There are many non-cancerous reasons why your PSA level would increase. This includes prostatitis (chronic bacterial infection), urinary tract infection, Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH- inflammation of the prostate gland) or ejaculation 1-2 days prior a prostate examination.
How can I maintain & improve this current PSA?
You are able to maintain your PSA levels by following the ketogenic diet for a minimum of one month along with taking my supplement. The supplement that I would recommend is the “Total health for the prostate “this is a general multi vitamin and mineral formula aimed to reduce your PSA level and maintain it. You should continuously take this supplement for long term benefits. For optimal benefit, it is very vital that you follow the ketogenic diet. This diet includes 75% fat, 5% carbohydrate and 25% protein. This diet is unique because it helps your body to go into ketosis, so instead of your body using carbohydrate (glucose) for energy, it uses fat instead. Click here for more information on the ketogenic diet There have been numerous amounts of research to indicate that there is a link between carbohydrate and prostate cancer/high PSA. This is due to glucose being the energy source for tumor growth hence why the ketogenic diet is ideal, reason being, it starves the tumor of its food supply.
My PSA is over 10 and my Doctor insists that I take TURP and Flomax what would you recommended?
As a general rule Doctors consider any PSA reading over 4 suspect as well as any sharp rise in PSA. Your PSA over 10 is high over the borderline of 4.00 and therefore it is highly possible that in this event you will be recommended to have a biopsy which you should not opt to have under any circumstances. A rising PSA would normally indicate one of three things – infection, enlargement or cancer of the prostate. There is no 100% way to differentiate between them but in my opinion, a biopsy should never be an option irrespective of any PSA level for all the reasons I will outline below. The increase in your PSA is probably due to your BPH but it could also indicate some precancerous activity. I set out your options and I suggest a natural alternative that is largely protective against prostate cancer and will also help to reduce or eliminate your symptoms of BPH. BPH is not just inconvenient. If left untreated, there are further complications that can result including infections, prostatitis and most importantly prostate cancer. I do promote a completely safe method of combating BPH which entails change of diet, exercise and my supplements. It has a long track record of success and nobody has ever become incontinent from changing their diet. It is also the case that the prostate will continue to grow back after surgery, if the underlying cause of the enlargement has not been addressed. If you take my supplements and follow my ketogenic diet, it will slow down and possibly stop that process altogether. Total Health provides your Prostate important nutrients to help it to become and remain healthy, reduce inflammation, fight disease, clear out infection and resist Prostate cancer. It is also far superior and more effective than Flomax. Flomax does not do is improve the health of your prostate at all. It is designed purely to relieve symptoms. This is why the state of your prostate will continue to deteriorate if you take it. Buy and Read my guide to understand why conventional treatment for Prostate fails and how natural changes to diet and the right supplements can help you. What is free PSA?
A PSA test measures the protein that is found in the blood, this protein is produced by the prostate gland. Not all PSA are bound to other proteins some circulates freely. This is known as free PSA. This is a damaged variant of PSA and no longer is able to bind to other protein, so it circulates in the blood in the unbound (free) form. It is suggested that Cancer patients have less free PSA than patients with benign prostate conditions. A PSA test measures both free and bound PSA. It is not the most reliable test to determine if you have prostate cancer or not, it’s only used an estimate. If the percentage of free PSA is higher than 25%, then you have an 8% chance of prostate cancer If the percentage of free PSA is less than 10%, then you have a 56% chance of prostate cancer.
Should I avoid a biopsy?
In my opinion yes however it is entirely up to you . A biopsy is invasive and damages the prostate. At best, it is a tremendous irritant, which causes the PSA level to rise and remain high for quite a few months. That is why it does not make much sense to have a biopsy. Some men who have had biopsies have reported back to me that ever since they have had a biopsy, they have had sexual performance problems. The most serious consequence of a biopsy is if there is actually prostate cancer present. The result of the needle entering and slicing into the prostate is that prostate cancer cells are reintroduced by the contaminated needle and causes the prostate cancer to be spread within the prostate. That often has the effect of causing the prostate cancer which might be relatively benign to be spread into multiple areas of the prostate causing it to become potentially life-threatening. This process is called needle tracking and many doctors are aware of it, some doctors will deny it, but there is very clear evidence that it does happen. The reason that many doctors don’t care if the prostate cancer is spread further is that they assume that once prostate cancer has been found, the prostate will in any event be excised. However, I believe that it is unnecessary to destroy the prostate in most cases. Another way to understand what is going on inside your prostate is to have my advanced prostate cancer risk assessment at my clinic in Arizona. That is completely non-invasive and consists of sophisticated scans and a range of blood tests together with a consultation and assessment by a naturopathic Dr who is also a professor of urology. He is uniquely qualified as a specialist in this non-invasive method of assessment. For more information on the APCRA please click here .
Will I benefit from the supplements even if my prostate is removed?
Yes, you will benefit from my supplements even if you have had prostatectomy. In fact, statistically your risk of a recurrence of prostate cancer is exactly the same as if you had not had your prostate removed. But you can do something about it. You can do a great deal to prevent the recurrence of the cancer by making changes to your diet and lifestyle and taking supplements. You should definitely start doing positive and proactive things right now in order to stop the growth and recurrence of your prostate cancer and even possibly reverse its progress. I have been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer but my Doctor wants me to come back in 6 months
It’s a tough call when you’re told that you have prostate cancer. Nobody wants to die and people instinctively think the answer is to attack the cancer. But that’s the wrong way to think. What you have to do is attack the cause of the cancer. As my guide explains in great detail, the main cause is down to your diet and lifestyle over tens of years. You should definitely start doing positive and proactive things right now in order to stop the growth of your prostate cancer and even possibly reverse its progress. You should avoid any conventional treatments: radiation, chemo, surgery, hormones –since none of them actually ultimately work and all of them can do you significant damage. My view therefore, is that you should take the appropriate natural supplements and make my recommended changes to your diet and lifestyle since those changes supports the supplements. The “Total Health” supplement I recommend is simply the most powerful supplement available for improving the health of the prostate and combined with appropriate diet and lifestyle may help to keep the cancer in check. It is not an herbal supplement, it is a concentrated food extract supplement. The fact is that as my guide explains, prostate disease originates because of the food you eat over tens of years. The best way to reverse that is change of diet and supplement with concentrated nutrients. If you do all that, you can avoid all drugs and medical intervention with all the consequent damage to your quality of life and you may slow or even stop the development of your prostate cancer. This is a holistic approach designed to deal with the underlying cause by strengthening the body’s own capacity to heal itself rather than trying to deal with the symptoms with toxic drugs. See below for links on how to do that. Beta Glucan when taken regularly will increase your immune system by up to 400% and will make it less likely that you get infections. If you would like to buy and read more about Beta Glucan, you can simply click on the link provided. I would also like to encourage you to go on a Ketogenic diet, for more details you can watch my video library by clicking here.
I have been diagnosed with both BPH and ED, I get up at night too Is there any advice?
Frequent nighttime urination is a sign of Benign prostatic hyperplasia (inflammation of the prostate gland) when this occurs your prostate is inflamed and this causing your prostate to squeeze the urethra. As a result you get the urge to empty your bladder. If left untreated, there are further complications that can result, including infections, prostatitis and most importantly, kidney disease. The “Total Health” supplement I recommend is simply the most powerful supplement available for shrinking the prostate as well as improving your libido whilst giving you stronger, longer erections, As for erectile dysfunction, my top choice would be the male boost tincture. This supplement increases libido, creates stronger, longer erections and increases stamina. The male boost tincture helps your body to make more semen. Click here for male boost You could pair this with the 100% organic garlic tincture, the garlic helps to facilitate with blood flow and so carry nutrient rich blood to your penis giving you a strong erection. I keep fit by riding my bike everyday, I have an enlarged prostate but no symptoms, I would like to avoid a biopsy, what is your advice?
I am also pleased you do not want to have a biopsy and if you read my guide, you will understand all the reasons why I am opposed to such an invasive procedure. An ultrasound may be an option but often times the results are inconclusive and you will still be pressed to have a biopsy. It is good that you are active and ride your bike often but bike riding can put undue pressure on your prostate. You may benefit from contacting your local bike specialist to find a saddle that is contoured and padded to spread your weight in order to avoid undue pressure to your prostate. In addition, strenuous exercise, bike riding and sexual activity should be avoided within 48 hours of your PSA test because they can all cause a temporary, artificial rise in your PSA. Since you have an enlarged prostate, also known as BPH, the increase in your PSA is probably due to your BPH but it could also indicate some precancerous activity. I set out your options and I suggest a natural alternative that is largely protective against prostate cancer and will also help to reduce or eliminate your symptoms of BPH. I highly recommend that you take my foundation supplement, Total Health, plus my Prostate Healer. The combination of these two supplements will considerably help to promote healing. Boost prostate health, and will lead to the total rejuvenation of your prostate.
What are the best products for those who had radioactive seeds implanted and have almost no semen flow and erection dysfunctions?
You may not like what I am going to tell you but having radiation treatment or indeed any other conventional prostate cancer treatment does not improve your chances of survival at all. If you are concerned about the growth and progress of your prostate cancer, let me tell you about a far better alternative to a prostate biopsy. I do have a program called Advance Prostate Cancer Risk Assessment (APCRA) that is non-invasive and entirely natural. This program suits men who would prefer to avoid the damaging side-effects of invasive procedures if they possibly can. Unfortunately, it does not suit everyone because there is a significant cost involved. The least expensive way is to get an Advanced Prostate Cancer Risk Assessment. To read more, click on the link So what should you do? My view is that you should take the appropriate natural supplements (I recommend the ones that work best) and make my recommended changes to your diet and lifestyle since those changes supports the supplements. This is a holistic approach designed to deal with the underlying cause by strengthening the body’s own capacity to heal itself rather than trying to deal with the symptoms with toxic drugs. There is plenty of evidence (detailed in my guide) that – if you already have prostate cancer, then the same changes will slow the progress of what is the slowest growing cancer anyway. It should slow the progress to the point where you are far more likely to die with it rather than of it. That strategy means your quality of life will improve rather than degrade plus you avoid all the risks inherent in having invasive damaging treatments. The best supplements are Total Health supplement,It contains all the vitamins and minerals needed for a healthy prostate. In addition to Total Health, I highly recommend that you add my Prostate Healer and Beta Glucan. If you would like to buy and read more about Prostate Healer, you can simply click here If you would like to buy read more about Beta Glucan, you can simply click here.
I’m On catheter can you help me?
One problem with the catheter is that whilst it is inside you it is irritating your urethra. This sometimes causes infections and it may also cause your PSA to rise. This can become chronic as well – keeping it there will make it more difficult to pee and taking it out too precipitously can cause serious retention. In other words, it is a vicious circle. The best way to ensure that you are permanently catheter free requires you to go on a strict Ketogenic diet, avoiding all dairy and consuming lots of fresh raw vegetables and salads. During this period you should also be regularly taking my Total Health supplement. Beta Glucan taken regularly will boost your immune system by up to 400% and will make it less likely that you get infections. It will also help to reduce inflammation. I wish to reassure you that I have helped many men in the past who have been in your situation and who have successfully relegated the catheter to the past permanently but you should know that there is no silver bullet that could take all this away overnight. If you want to improve your prostate health and succeed in remaining catheter free, your best option is to double your efforts to make significant changes to your diet and lifestyle without compromise while you are on my supplements. The best way for you to start is to take my Total Health supplement plus my Prostate Healer and Beta Glucan. The combination of these three supplements will considerably help to reduce your urinary problems, help to promote healing and boost your prostate health. I am currently taking Finasteride and Flomax, if I start taking Total health do I need to stop these drug?
I am pleased you are aware that natural alternatives to deal with your enlarged prostate, also known as BPH, are certainly your best way forward. Yes, Total Health can be used with Flomax and Finasteride but it is best to wean off from both of them because they are far likely to do you more harm than good especially in the long term for all the reasons explained in my guide. I set out your options and I suggest a natural alternative that is largely protective against prostate cancer and will also help to reduce or eliminate your symptoms of BPH. I recommend the “Total Health” supplement it is the most powerful supplement available for shrinking the prostate. far superior and more effective than Flomax and Finasteride. I want you to be aware that it is never good to stop a drug abruptly, particularly if you have been taking it for some time. It can kick back at you. You should take Total Health with Finasteride and Flomax for 1 month. Then if you wish to stop Finasteride and Flomax and I think that is a good idea, you should gradually come off it as follows. Reduce taking Finasteride and Flomax to half the dosage then keep track of your symptoms to compare how you felt before and after. I f there are no symptoms then reduce once again or if it became worse then go back up and continue with Total Health for one month. If there are no symptoms once again wait a while to see how you feel.
I’m currently taking Avodart, how do I wean myself off it and onto a natural supplement?
Avodart is a treatment for Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in 50% of men. It works by stopping the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is involved in the development of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It’s used to reduce urinary flow and urgency to urinate Even though it reduces the incidence of low level prostate cancer, it increases the incidence of aggressive prostate cancer. It only covers the symptoms but not resolve the cause so it’s not very effect at all. All drugs have side effects and reduce your health and well-being and are therefore only to be taken in emergency and never long term. From my experience with BPH sufferers over the years Avodart rarely works and has numerous side effects These side effects include impotence (trouble getting or keeping an erection) a decrease in libido (sex drive), swelling or tenderness of the breast and decrease in the amount of semen released during sex. Avodart side effects could also include allergic reactions such as rash, itching, hives and swelling of the lips or face. Not to fear, there are wonderful natural alternative to this drug that has no side effects and is more effective and cheaper. The holistic approach is designed to deal with the underlying causes by strengthening the body’s own capacity to heal itself rather than trying to deal with the symptoms with toxic drugs. But first you will need to gradually get off Avodart and only a month after you have started taking the alternative I recommended below. Firstly it is imperative that you follow through with the ketogenic diet, this consists of 75% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbohydrate. You can read more about this in my “All about the prostate” guide. One of the reasons for developing BPH is due to the food you have eaten over tens of years. The best way to reverse this, is to change your diet. Combine this with the Total Health supplement for optimum benefits. This is a far more affordable and effective way of treating your symptoms, it is perfectly safe to take Avodart alongside Total Health. Once you’ve have taken Total Health and made those changes for a month you then reduce the Avodart to once every two days for 10 days. After that, if you do not have problems, you can reduce it to once every three days for 15 days. If still no problem, you should then be able to stop taking Avodart. It’s never a good idea to suddenly stop taking Rapaflo because you may experience negative side effects.
My Urologist suggest that I use Rapaflo to improve my urine flow, what do you think?
Rapaflo is designed to relieve symptoms of Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) but that’s precisely what it does. This drug is not designed to cure the cause of BPH so even though you may be taking this drug, it is only covering the symptoms and not resolving the disease. The symptoms that are associated with BHP are difficulty urinating, decrease strength of urination, dribbling after urination and pain during urination. Instead of helping to cure these symptoms it causes negative side effects instead. These include reduced or no semen, leakiness, headache, fatigue, nasal congestion, dizziness, syncope- a sudden loss of consciousness and a sudden drop in blood pressure. Rapaflo can also affect Libido, painful erections and erectile dysfunction. This drug works by relaxing your sphincter muscles to ease the flow through the urethra which helps about 50% of men with an enlarged prostate. But eventually it will increase the risk of you eventually becoming incontinent. Because the role of Rapaflo is to permanently keep the sphincter muscle relaxed This is only a short term quick fix type of drug because it does not actually cure the cause. If you do not deal with cause then BPH will never really be gone. Then your enlarged prostate will continue to enlarge to the point where Rapaflo will no longer be sufficient. That will lead to more damaging treatment. Not to fear, there are wonderful natural alternatives to this drug that has no side effects and is more effective and cheaper. The holistic approach is designed to deal with the underlying causes by strengthening the body’s own capacity to heal itself rather than trying to deal with the symptoms with toxic drugs. Before you completely stop taking Rapaflo, it’s important that you gradually reduce your dose. You should reduce it by taking it from once a day to every two days for a week. If there are no withdrawal symptoms you can then reduce it to 1 every 3 days for another nine days. Then if all is well you can stop all together. Firstly it is imperative that you follow through with the ketogenic diet, this consists of 75% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbohydrate. This diet ensures that you limit your sugar intake to reduce the risk of prostate cancer and the return of BPH. You can read more about this in my “All about the prostate” guide. One of the reasons for developing BPH is due to the food you have eaten over tens of years. The best way to reverse this is to change your diet. Combine this with the Total Health supplement for optimum benefits. This is a far more affordable and effective way of treating your symptoms, it is perfectly safe to take Rapaflo alongside Total Health. Once you’ve have taken Total Health and made those changes for a month you then reduce the Rapaflo to once every two days for 10 days. After that, if you do not have problems, you can reduce it to once every three days for 15 days. If still no problem, you should then be able to stop taking Rapaflo. It’s never a good idea to suddenly stop taking Rapaflo because you may experience negative side effects.

Are Statins safe?
Statins can cause diabetes and memory loss so it is entirely up to you if you wish to go on this medication. Other side effects include nosebleeds, sore throat, a runny or blocked nose (non-allergic rhinitis) headache, feeling sick, problems with the digestive system, such as constipation, diarrhoea, indigestion or flatulence. Muscle and joint pain, increased blood sugar level (hyperglycaemia) and an increased risk of diabetes. To avoid taking statins you could opt for plant sterols instead, this is a natural substance that occurs in nuts, legumes and vegetables. It has a similar structure to cholesterol so once it’s in your blood stream it gets in the way of the real cholesterol and stops the cholesterol from being absorbed into your blood stream. In Total Health there is 90% total sterol! Enough to help you to control your cholesterol alongside changing your diet. You should include more walnuts, salmon, fresh vegetables, sunflower seeds, pecans, broccoli, avocado and tomato. If you follow my diet protocol you will be able to control your cholesterol without any drugs. In your book you say salmon is bad when it has Omega 3 that’s good for you, why is this? Also why grain is is bad for the body?
You should avoid salmon in particular farmed salmon since it is a large carnivorous fish that accumulates the pollution of mercury that unfortunately is now present in our seas. Also farmed salmon would provide you with more inflammatory omega 6 than anti inflammatory omega 3 fatty acid. It also contains PCB, another sea polluting chemical that is found in farmed salmon. Large amounts of PCB can in fact cause cancer. It is advised to avoid grains because it spikes your insulin levels. High insulin levels encourage the development of both cancer and diabetes.
