Over the years, Dr. Goel has treated many patients with diabetes, hypertension, and obesity using natural methods. She also has vast experience working as a healthcare, medical, and food writer.

Becoming a doctor was Dr. Goel's childhood dream and she fulfilled it by studying medicine. She is a strong believer of practicing natural medicine as it treats the root cause of the problem rather than treating only the symptoms. She finds making a career in healthcare, whether it is clinical practice or writing, very fulfilling.

Dr. Ritu Goel is a natural health physician and a certified dietitian. She has more than 20 years of experience of working in the healthcare sector.

Education

Dr Ritu Goel has a Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Delhi University, India. She is also a certified dietitian from VLCC, Delhi.
