About
Julia worked with patients with elevated HBA1C levels to normalize blood sugar levels and reduce future risk of type 2 diabetes, using 1-to-1 and group health coaching focused on behaviour change psychology, nutritional science, and motivational interviewing.
She is also a tutor at the British Academy of Culinary Nutrition and has worked as an in-house nutritionist for Naturelo supplements. After suffering chronic health issues herself, she has learned firsthand how transformative small dietary adjustments can be.
Education
Julia earned her MSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey, a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Nutrition from St Mary’s University, and a Practitioner Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She also completed Yoga Teacher Training (250+ hours) and training as a Pre-Diabetes Health Educator for NHS England.
